For more than 75 years, we have been the leader in everyday workspace tools
across business, home and mobile offices everywhere. Through our Swingline
brand and, in Europe, our Rexel brand, we take enormous pride in the
innovation, quality and durability that is built into every one of our products
– including staplers, shredders, punches and trimmers. We are guided by the
Swingline brand’s early motto, “Where Tradition and Innovation Are One,” as we
continue to evolve the workspace tool products we offer, and reinforce our
company’s leadership position.
Visual Communication
Under our Quartet brand, we are the leader in presentation white
boards and accessories in North America. From boards, easels, and markers, to
overhead projectors, transparencies, and screens, we have made our Quartet
brand synonymous with the essential functions of visual communication that take
place in workspaces every day. As we move forward, we are increasingly focused
on making our visual communication products mobile, versatile and flexible.
Document Communication
For more than 50 years, we have served a broad range of document communication
needs for businesses worldwide. Under both our GBC banner and, in Europe, under
our Rexel brand, we provide customers every day across the world with various
binding and supply options – including sheet protectors, report covers, and
binding & laminating machines and supplies. Our products and services in
this category are critical to our customers in distinguishing their printed
materials and achieving a professional edge in today’s competitive market.
Storage & Organization
We are proud of our pioneering history in helping consumers
organize information, an area of our business that we have been developing for
over a hundred years. Our Wilson Jones brand first revolutionized the office
products industry by inventing the ring binder in 1904. Over the decades,
through both Wilson Jones and, in Europe, our Rexel brand, we have continued
our track record for innovation, creativity and quality in this key category,
with inventions such as the first computer paper binding system, the
sophisticated, patented Multi-Dex ® indexing system, and innovative hanging
bindery systems. Our achievements have allowed us to establish ourselves as the

Time Management
We have established our Day-Timer brand as a pioneer in providing
the tools necessary for people in all walks of life to dramatically increase

brand, we offer a broad range of personal organization and time management
products, including planners and calendars. With 50
years of experience in innovation, we are positioned for continued leadership

Digital Print Finishing
Under our GBC banner, our company partners with customers in the growing digital
print finishing market across the world to improve the value of printed images by
developing and marketing innovative consumer-focused products. These include wide
format lamination and professional-grade binding systems as well as cutting-edge
new films and media targeted to increase the professional user’s top line.

commercial printing and industrial finishing markets since 1967. Industry-wide, we
