A Global Leader with World Class Brands

ACCO Brands Corporation became an independent publicly traded company on August 17, 2005. The Company was formed through the spin-off of the ACCO World office products unit of Fortune Brands (NYSE: FO) and its subsequent merger with General Binding Corporation (GBC). This transaction brought together the complementary businesses, brands and strengths of ACCO and GBC to form the world's largest supplier of branded office products – a global office products powerhouse. As a highly focused office products company, we are now uniquely positioned to capitalize on the opportunities for growth in our industry. We are one of the largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $2 billion. ACCO Brands markets products in over 100 countries across the globe through its own sales force and distribution networks. We are proud of our long history of industry leadership and innovation, and we're focused on delivering exceptional value for our shareholders and customers by providing unique, leading-edge, branded products.

Our World Class Brands Include...

Workspace Tools www.acco.com/swingline.aspx

For more than 80 years, we have been the leader in everyday workspace tools across business, home and mobile offices everywhere. Through our Swingline® brand and, in Europe, our Rexel® brand, we take enormous pride in the innovation, quality and durability that is built into every one of our products. As an industry leader in innovation, Swingline is the #1 brand in Stapling and Punch products and the leader in workspace productivity with product offerings that also include staples and trimmers. We are guided by the Swingline brand's early motto, and as we continue to evolve the workspace tools products and reinforce our company's leadership position, we pride ourselves in offering products that are "Designed for the Way You Work."

Established in the United Kingdom in 1939, the Rexel® brand has developed through Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Rexel is one of the few brands that has widened its product categories from humble stationery roots to become synonymous with the office space essential.

Visual Communication www.acco.com/quartet.aspx

Under our Quartet® brand in North America, and the NOBO® brand in Europe, we are the leader in presentation white boards and accessories. From boards, easels, and markers, to overhead projectors, transparencies, and screens, we have made our Quartet® and related brands synonymous with the essential functions of visual communication that take place in workspaces every day. As we move forward, we are increasingly focused on making our visual communication products mobile, versatile and flexible.

Storage & Organization www.acco.com/wilsonjones.aspx

We are proud of our pioneering history in helping consumers organize information, an area of our business that we have been developing for over a hundred years. Our Wilson Jones® brand first revolutionized the office products industry by inventing the ring binder in 1904. Over the decades, through both Wilson Jones® and, in Europe, through the Rexel® brand, we have established a track record for innovation, creativity and quality in this key category. With inventions such as the first computer paper binding system, the sophisticated, patented Multi-Dex® indexing system, and innovative hanging bindery systems, our achievements have made us the world leader in binders, business forms, paper clips, and accounting supplies.

Document Finishing & Commercial Lamination www.acco.com/gbc.aspx

GBC® is the global leader in binding and laminating equipment and supplies, and a leader in serving the professional printing market through innovative print finishing solutions.

Document Finishing Group

Our newly launched Document Finishing Group is a global business with more than $500 million in sales. Its diversified mix of products includes binding and laminating equipment supplies and service, shredders, and GBC Brand Image Solutions® that sell customized presentation materials. Products are sold directly to large corporate and institutional customers, as well as indirectly through traditional office product channels. We see a bright future for this business, mainly because of the proliferation of color printers in the workspace. The Document Finishing Group product lines are part of the color printing ecosystem, where consumers need binding and laminating solutions to take documents through the finishing, usage, and archival stages of the document lifecycle. When that lifecycle reaches its natural conclusion, our shredders will be there to safely and securely destroy them. The Document Finishing Group will build on the GBC® brand, a leading global brand, and as the market leader in our categories around the world, we understand the consumer and create innovative new products and solutions that deliver aggressive revenue and profit growth.

Commercial Laminating Solutions Group

The Commercial Laminating Solutions business is well positioned for growth. Under the GBC® Professional brand, ACCO Brands Corporation is the global leader in lamination products-equipment, technical service, and film for the commercial and digital print finishing markets. ACCO Brands holds a commanding market share of the thermal and pressure sensitive laminating business which supports many important applications including book covers and jackets, point-of-purchase advertising, trade show graphics, signage, menus, maps, posters, and in-mold labels.

The laminating market is highly fragmented, providing significant opportunity to gain market share in all categories. In commercial print finishing, our growth strategy takes advantage of a global transition from "wet" to thermal laminating technology, where we have advantages of scale and quality. In Europe and Asia, we offer growth opportunities for digital print finishing, as does a technology shift from conventional to digital printing. This business segment also leverages its strength in engineering to develop and market a variety of high value, differentiated machines and films.
